Yin Yoga For Runners/Walkers | 25 Minute Deep Stretch
Join me for a deep stretch, yin yoga class for runners & walkers. The perfect post run\walk class to bring relief to tight muscles. This practice will help to improve flexibility in hamstrings, hips, glutes and give chance for the body to find deep relaxation.
It's good to test yourself, to find your edge, but never move beyond this into severe discomfort or pain. Continue with kindness and always respect your own limits both physically and emotionally.
No props are needed but feel free to grab a cushion, blanket and blocks.
