Private Pre & Postnatal Yoga

Every woman, every birth and every baby are different. A private session will be aligned exactly to your needs during and after your pregnancy. All in the comfort of your own home!

Prenatal classes can aid aches and pains, sciatica, maintain strength, prep for labour and bring calm and relaxation to you and your baby. Postnatal classes will re introduce core & pelvic floor strengthening, alongside either a restorative and/or flow yoga.

Suitable from the first trimester (if approved by your Dr) until your baby is born. Private postnatal yoga classes are suitable from 6 weeks postpartum if you have had a vaginal birth, or 12 weeks postpartum if you have had an instrumental birth or c-section. 

1:1 at home £40 

+ £5 per extra person

If within 20 minutes of Harrogate, travel cost is included. If outside of harrogate there will be an extra £5 charge.
