My name is Zoe, I am a 500 hr Yoga Teacher based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Teaching Yoga is my passion, my purpose is to share it with you, whether thats online or face to face. And it's my privilege to join you on your journey.

Yoga with Zoe is one a my favourite parts of the week! She has the most amazing bubbly, friendly personality that leaves you feeling happy and fulfilled after each class. When I first started yoga with Zoe 2 years ago I was miles off touching my toes and my balance was atrocious, but that didn't matter. Zoe makes her classes suitable for all levels by offering modification whilst also encouraging you to challenge yourself to improve not only your flexibility but your physical and mental strength too. Thank you Zoe for all that you have done for me!
